Director, writer, editor. I have directed and edited over 100 music videos, several DVD productions and a short film. Currently I develop my original screenplays for moving pictures. I am a storyteller with a strong sense of emotional world and empathy, but also the dark and strange, all with a Finnish twist.
I come from the most north-eastern edge of Europe. I was born and grew up under the shadow of the Soviet Union, and developed an anarchistic and dark sense of humour to deal with our isolated existence. We have sailed on Lake Saimaa and roamed the endless forests, thus my connections are with nature and our kin, and it comes through in my writing.
My screenplays have been hand-written over the last 15 years. As much as I am intrigued by AI and its advances, all my scripts have come from my brain and through my fingers. No AI has been used in writing the screenplays. Some AI tools have been used in the cover images.
These stories are yet to be produced, and I am looking for the right partners to bring them to the screen.
